Last week the Bendigo Assembly hosted the annual snow camp up at Dinner Plain in a cosy, little chalet fondly known as ‘Banjo’s’.  A mere twenty minute bus ride from Mount Hotham, the cabin was full of very excited skiers and snowboarders ready to hit the slopes.

Although it was not a bumper year in regards to snow, an amazing time of fellowship was had in between all the stacking and sliding (for some), and skilful gliding and jumping for others. With a couple of meetings spread throughout the camp, we enjoyed singing praise to the Lord and hearing some great thoughts from a couple of our brothers all the way from NSW and QLD.

Whilst some spent their mornings shivering on a chairlift, others spent time relaxing in the hot spas and enjoying the tranquillity of the mountain.  Safe to say it was a wonderful time of fellowship and fun for all; well worth the winding road up and back!
