Hello and Greetings from the Church of God in the Highlands of disaster affected church to all our saints of Australia and overseas.

On behalf of the disaster affected members of Revival Centres Church in Nipa of Southern Highland and Hella we bring you this special report on the distribution of Emergency Relief supplies donated by RCC.

The Disaster Committee were able to budget and Purchase Food Supplies with K10 000.00 donations from the mission Fund due to urgency of need by Disaster affected church.

The Church members of Hella and Nipa were lost for words and deeply burst into tears as the donation of food supplies and canvas worth 1 tonne disposed at their reach. The church members thanked the RCC – AUSTRALIA for the donations and fast response. The Nipa church received supplies on Saturday 17th March and the Church in Hella received their supplies on Sunday 18th March 2018.

We have delivered supplies to only 112 members of Nipa and Hella. 210 members of Southern Eastern Centres have yet to receive.

The needs for 210 people of Yaguri, Pawia, Apopa,Usa, Yakikta and Uma of South Eastern part had their food gardens destroyed by the earthquake.

The rationing was calculated to meet the population ratio of the church. One tonne of food and material supplies were packed by the Revival Centres Relief committee of Jiwaka zone.

Two vehicles were hired to transport. An Isuzu Dyna truck carried a load of 1 tonne food supplies with materials while the committee members with brothers drove in the 10 seater station wagon.

It normally take 48 hours to drive from Mt Hagen to Hella Province. We took off at 12 noon Saturday and arrive in Hella 12 noon Sunday. A long journey very dangerous drive through rugged mountain, plains and valley to reach. BUT THIS IS PART OF THE GREAT COMMISSION. Preach the gospel to all mankind, Baptise them in my name teach them to be my disciple and heal those who are sick and heavy laden with burden.

We thank God and the church in Australia for the great help and their generosity Expressed by Pastor Peter Nopas.
