Follow the Star passes 800
by Melbourne
Around 8pm on the last night of the Follow the Star display, the number of visitors clicked over 800.
Follow the Star was an indoor Christmas Lights display for the whole family. Chief organiser, Richard G, said the show had now broken its own previous record, and in a shorter number of nights.
It’s been a lot of work, with months of setup, and then rostered housemeeting groups running the show each night.
Follow the Star tells the story of the nativity of Jesus through the eyes of a shepherd boy, and finishes with a reminder that Jesus grew up, that he healed people, that he died and rose again, and that he still sends the Holy Spirit.

Will be interesting to see how many of these folk come along to Carols this Sunday 23rd to hear a little more of the gospel story.
Final number was 873. Well done to all involved!
