Launceston ‘Ladies Provision Night’

Launceston 'Ladies Provision Night'

All the men gathered together around the kitchen stove on Saturday afternoon, October 29.
The occasion?
Provision for the Ladies Night.

The Lord so graciously provides all our needs in the current dispensation for all who are His, so the gentlemen of Launceston and Ulverstone decided to show their appreciation and provide for the lady folk for a night. Wonderful ‘gourmét’ dishes ranging from hungi-baked road kill (thanks to Gerry), macaroni cheese and ham, beef stroganoff, apricot chicken right up to wonderful desserts such as coconut ice cream and a delicious caramel-choc Tiramisu. (Thanks to Arthur).

Sadly, no new folk took up our offer of local hospitality
along with the opportunity to hear the salvation message.
However the saints did not miss out.

“For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink:  And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”

Matthew 25:15, 40

God Speed from Launceston.
