Malawi Adventure 2014 – Day 6
by Mission News
Today was scheduled as a rest day however, after a quick phone call by Pastor Nelson he was able to organise an impromptu meeting at one of the local assemblies.
The opportunity to meet other brothers and sisters in addition to those on our schedule was one we did not want to miss out on.
We shared testimonies and were entertained with some wonderful singing.
One of the ‘highlights’ was teaching some of the kids to play naughts and crosses on the ground using sticks.
Our visit was soon enough over and back to our accommodation for a well earned rest. The drive from Salima (Lake Malawi) was quite arduous and took its toll on a few of us.
Nothing that a good night’s sleep won’t cure in preparation for another day of fellowship at Dedza.
Good night and God bless.
