Melbourne ‘Spice without Heat’ Dinner Night
by Melbourne
RCI Melbourne Dinner Night….. ‘A Touch of Spice Without Heat’.
Sunday July 27th saw the dining room at the Box Hill hall transformed into a 180 seat ‘spice’ themed restaurant. Guests were treated to a three course feast including dahl with pappadums and roti, chicken and/or beef curry, steamed rice and delicious crepes suzette. Entrees and desserts were served by some beautifully dressed younger RCI members, who added flavour to the evening with their colourful costumes.
We were entertained by the Forest Hill College Stage Band who, along with their parents and teachers, added up to 33 visitors.
Thanks to all involved for another enjoyable (and filling) outreach!
