Melbourne Youngies Dinner Night

Last Saturday The Mighty Team of Vision, one of the Melbourne Youngies Teams had a dinner night team meeting. After the previous successes of the ‘Mexican Extravaganza Chrono-loco Dinner Night’ and the ‘Bellisimo Fromaggio Al Forno Dinner Night’, this time it was the British turn with our ‘Frightfully Spiffing British Dinner Night’. We were spoilt with an Entree of Pea and Ham Soup, Shepherd and Cottage Pie with Roast Veggies and Chicken for the Mains, then to finish for dessert we had Chocolate Self-Saucing Pudding, Lemon and Meringue Pie, Apple Pie, Fruit Salad and Ice Cream. Team Vision have been rehearsing relentlessly for the upcoming Y Factor (The Melbourne Youngies Music Concert), so we felt it was time to relax, eat food and enjoy the fellowship. We had some visitors attend too and this night provided an opportunity for testimonies and to show that you don’t need to have alcohol to enjoy a night with friends! Thanks to all who made it a great night and a special thank you to the parents who catered for the event and donated their time to help out.
