Norwich Barbeque
by Norwich
Avril from Norwich reports: In September the Norwich assembly enjoyed a Barbeque outreach, and yes the weather was kind to us. The Robson’s garden was transformed with a gazebo and a myriad of candles which flickered away as the afternoon turned into evening.
Bryan ably cooked up a storm and the ladies provided the salads. Our four visitors enjoyed the superb food and fellowship and asked many questions which we were more than happy to answer. One had been to a meeting and we are in touch with the others – hopefully a meeting will be the next step.
Later in the evening hot drinks and cake was served and no one was in a hurry to leave. Altogether a successful event and one that we will definately repeat next summer.
