Our Judy’s 70th Birthday Party

by

We had a great day of fellowship as we celebrated Judy’s 70th birthday on Saturday 8th October. Judy is a long standing member of the Olney assembly and has sustained us with her home-baked cakes for many years. Assembly members from the  Norwich and London assemblies were present along with Judy’s family, making this a very special day for a much loved sister. Our poet (‘but he doesn’t know-it’), Selwyn Goby, prepared a special, ‘light hearted’, poem especially for the occasion and Judy herself  graced us with a comical song about growing older. All in all, it was great day and another opportunity for the UK folk to get together.
