Presentation Night – Brisbane

This year has flown by and it is that time of the year – “Presentation Night” for Sunday School, Revival Rangers and the Youth Group.

It is always a delight to see the young ones from Sunday School singing their songs and receiving their end of year books, followed by Revival Rangers and the presentation of their awards for badges received . Revival Rangers is a group of young people who are not yet in Youth Group. They have many activities throughout the year, meeting every fortnight on a Friday night or Saturday afternoon for special activities. This year the team of Galatians took out the top award.

The following Sunday, the Youth Group put on a video presentation of their year’s activities. It is not until you see the presentation showing what goes on inside the youth group that you realise how much effort is involved. It is good to see that the young people can come together and have real fun without alcohol and drugs. I feel fortunate to know these young men and women of the Brisbane Youth Group who stand together faithfully, able to preach the Word.
