Last Saturday a broad cross section of ladies congregated at the Box Hill hall in Melbourne, Victoria for the inaugural ‘Sisters in Spirit’ afternoon tea. The ‘sisters’ ranged in age from ‘20 somethings’ to ‘80 somethings’! Before the participants indulged in the delicious array of sweet and savoury scones, we first made groups of 4 and each introduced ourselves, giving a short testimony of how we came to know the Lord. The concept was reminiscent of a speed date gathering when the groups split and sat with different ladies, this time taking......

Games & God; two things we can all get behind. Over the Saturday (09/09/2023), the lovely community of Revival Centres was able to get together and celebrate the 21 years of life that more of our wonderful young people have achieved. We were able to celebrate young Christians who in their very smiles showed how genuinely happy God had made them in the personal stories they shared. A big shout-out to all the helpers and behind-the-scenes people who were there throughout the week leading up to. It was all paint splatters, cardboard-cutting......

In August 2023 a group of 10 travelled to Malawi to provide support to the churches there. 2 were regulars, 3 had been before and 5 were there for the first time. This is a journal of what we saw and some impressions of the country. Malawi is one of the most impoverished nations on earth, there are a few larger cities but the majority of the country is villages given over to agriculture, no power and no running water. The cost of living could be set at about $50 US dollars......

Allow me to begin with a question: are the young people of Revival Centres ready to support the future of the church? The Arise Summit (9th–12th Jun), held in Melbourne, was, in short, the first international summit for young people within RCC, in four years! Under the determined work of the whole youngies team, and in unison with the older members of the church, what has transpired over the past four days was nothing short of extraordinary. The last time I wrote was the ‘23 Freshie Launch Camp, and the fruits of......

The Launceston Assembly hosted saints at the Greens Beach caravan park in the north of Tasmania over the Easter long weekend. With the marquee set up and the sun out, we were ready for a weekend of fun and fellowship. Each day we were treated to talks from the scriptures, the first covering the true Easter story, why did Jesus have to die on the cross? To die for our sins and make the Holy Spirit available to anyone who would seek for it. The second about in between, when Jesus had......

Christmas Camp was held at Glenrock Camp in New South Wales. A valley hidden away 2 kilometres south of busy central Newcastle. Saints from 3 different states came together to enjoy a week of fellowship. The theme was Colossians 3:2 – ‘Set your affection on things above’. It was a great time of refreshing and focus whilst sharing testimonies, displaying our musical skills, playing card games, bush walks, bike rides, displaying cooking skills and finding the perfect café experience. The final meeting for 2022 was held on Sunday, 18th December, and it ended with a great time of fellowship, ministry and music. As Christmas was nearing, the true meaning was expressed as the ‘Feast of the Lord’. Merry Christmas or happy anointing feast. Songs of joy, peace, and goodwill can only come from God and the Holy Spirit. Pastor Justin Kells spoke at the first meeting on “He already has a plan”, Relating it to our lives in how we all make plans, some good and some not so good. Some......
