Hobart: the year so far

by

First few days of the year we were still enjoying Camp at Orford. Lots of food, fellowship and uplifting talks. And who could forget Lynden’s tent??

On January 22, instead of our 2nd meeting, we went to a local park and enjoyed a picnic lunch, fellowship, the littlies got to run around, and best of all people were spoken to about the Lord.

Out and about preaching the Gospel and enjoying each others’ company!

On Saturday 4 February Hobart assembly travelled north to Campbell Town swimming pool to meet up with the northern Tas. assemblies, Ulverstone and Launceston. A great day of “catching-up” with our brothers and sisters from the north.

We’ll be travelling north again soon for Easter camp at Greens Beach. Visitors expected from overseas and the mainland.

Start planning for next Christmas camp in Tassie! May seem early days yet but to get cheap flights etc.!!! You’ll be warmly welcomed by the saints in the second most southerly assembly in the world!!
