Visit to Kenya and Tanzania
by Pastor Simon
On behalf of Sylvio and myself, I have been asked to write a short report on our recent trip to Nairobi, Kenya and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. The need to visit these areas came as a result of a trip that I made with my wife Carol earlier this year in July. On this visit we were fortunate to make contact with a young man called James from Kenya – where we have had a base for many years, and Jonathan from Tanzania – which is a new area for the Revival Centres. Both these men enthusiastically gathered people together to hear the message of Salvation. These were truly exciting and vitally important times of fellowship as we explored the scriptural fundamentals of living a righteous life.
In Nairobi, James gathered together over 50 people, whilst some were already Spirit-filled, 22 received the Holy Spirit and arrangements were made to baptise them afterwards. Simarly, Jonathan assembled a group of 27 potential new converts in Dar Es Salaam of which 6 were baptised and received the Holy Spirit. It was so wonderful to explore the simplicity that is in the Gospel and to encourage those gathered to embrace God’s grace – to be born again and put on the mind of Christ!
Please keep our new friends in your prayers as they establish the Church in these areas and reach out to others with the Gospel of Salvation. We thank you for the support you provide to our brothers and sisters in Africa who are not as economical fortunate as others. This work would not be possible without you!

These signs shall follow them that believe; great to see the harvest.
So exciting. Praise the Lord for His Word, salvation and faithfulness.
