We’ve just said our goodbyes to our Kiwi brothers and sisters after a wonderful weekend of fellowship and ministry.

The theme emphasised the wonderful treasure that we have in our earthen vessels. This treasure is eternal, beautifully designed, and all that is needed is our utmost attention through prayer and supplication.

Pastor Simon spoke about the authenticity that is God-given when we receive the Holy Spirit and speak in tongues. This message was delivered when Jesus met the woman at the well. Like any precious jewelry or watch we want to know that it is authentic. Speaking in tongues validates what Jesus called “true believers” (John 4:23-24). With God’s Spirit within us, we have been authenticated! We’re the real deal!

The weekend included amazing testimonies, items, singing, ministry, music and wall-to-wall fellowship. Saints from the north and south islands of NZ, Australia, Fiji, and even Italy contributed to an epic weekend.

Next year the Rally heads to the South Island where our Christchurch assembly will become our hosts.
