Ballarat Dinner Night

On Saturday, the Ballarat Assembly hosted a Christmas Dinner Night at the Ballarat Revival Church. The Disney themed fancy dress was well attended with folk from Warrnambool and Geelong attending too. The night involved people getting up to do karaoke, with Mick Shiels doing his rendition of “I did it my Way”. The night was an opportunity to invite new people along and the chance to mingle on a social level, a great night was had by all. On Sunday, Marian, a young lady who has been attending our fellowship decided that......

Baptisms in Olney, UK

Great news! Two people were baptised and filled with the Holy Spirit on Sunday 26 March at the Revival Centres Church, Olney, UK. A Polish lady living in the Midlands in the U.K., came across the Polish Revival Centres Church website and being impressed by what she read, decided to contact Pastor Konrad to ask questions about revival and salvation. After a number of telephone conversations, Konrad invited her to the Sunday meeting in Olney in the U.K., as he and Lucia, his wife, were visiting us for the weekend. Anya, the Polish......

Freshwater Creek Christmas Camp

The end of 2016 brought with it a huge sigh of relief. Another year over, another opportunity to find ourselves in the company of the saints, ready to recharge and reset for the new year. At the Freshwater Creek Christmas Camp, we did exactly that. It was a week or so, more for some, of meetings, items, fellowship, bug spray, beach visits and coffee runs. Grey weather and reluctant sunshine meant lots of opportunities to sit in caravans and share testimonies. Many spent their leisure time shooting hoops on the basketball court......

Halls Gap Christmas Camp

Saints from New Zealand and four states gathered at Hall Gap in the west of Victoria for six days of wonderful fellowship. A total of 170+ campers enjoyed 12 encouraging and inspiring talks and many moving testimonies of healing, deliverance from addictions and provision.  On the first day, the rain made the waterfalls spillover more. The unique Grampians provided many activities with bush walking on a variety of tracks. The Tandara oval was once again the place of a cricket match and scrumptious suppers followed by card games chess and puzzles. The......

Poland Summer Camp

Coming together for camp is always a wonderful time to rejoice and the happiness God gives us was this year on display in Poland. The European camp was this year held at the seaside town of Ustka next to the Baltic Sea, and was an amazing week of fellowship, great talks and seeing the evidence of God working in people’s lives today. The theme of the camp was Philippians 4.4: “Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say, rejoice”. And there was plenty to rejoice about! We had talks in German, Italian, Polish......

Cat Bouwhuis

I have lived a very blessed life. Blessed doesn’t always mean everything goes your way and blessed doesn’t mean you don’t get sad. To me, blessed is knowing. It is a contentment in a knowledge of the truth.  I have spirit filled parents, and was brought up attending church every Sunday. Around the age of 9 or 10 I was aware that a lot of my friends were seeking for, or being filled with the Holy Spirit. I didn’t want to be left out so started attending meetings for the children who......

Back to Sissano Lagoon

Eighteen years ago, a tidal wave destroyed Sissano Lagoon PNG and that memory has never faded for the people who call the lagoon their home.  But in that time, the jungle has regrown and there is little evidence of the destruction caused by the gigantic waves that hit the region in July 1998. Pastors John Andrews and Darcy Ryan spent 3 days living in the jungle with the saints, re-walking the jungle tracks and boating around the lagoon and rivers that service the area. Our visit started in Wewak with a 5-hour......

salvation - open the door to a new life in God

Salvation & God’s Plan for all mankind We believe the directive to repent, be baptised, and receive the Holy Spirit Peter the Apostle told the crowd clearly what must be done for Salvation. Peter specified the response they should have to their newly-found knowledge that Jesus had died for them and was risen from the dead. Repent and be baptised… receive the gift of the Holy Spirit He told them to “…repent, and be baptised every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you......

Housemeeting Baptisms

The South-West Housemeeting in Sydney had a great meeting last night with two baptisms. The meeting was convened at the house of a lady who wanted to be baptised as she had previously received the Holy Spirit at one of our Sunday meetings. So we got her bathtub full of warm water (although the HUGE fish tank filled with carp in the lounge room would have done the job!). First we had the normal meeting of singing, testimonies, the talk from the word of God and the Spiritual Gifts… then, to our delight,......

Christmas Camp - Nuku Zone - Angra Centre PNG

We thank our Lord for His great blessings in this Christmas Camp held from 23 to 26 December 2014. We enjoyed the talks and many testimonies from the Spirit-filled people from within the zones there (Nuku, Wulukum, Lumi, Aitape, Drekikier, Maprik, Vanimo and Lae). In the camp were about 1,226 people, and in the first day we have had 40 baptisms so far. We believe we will have more baptisms in the second and third days of the camp. We extend our Christmas greetings to all the saints in RCI. May God bless......
